PAN’OLIO, the Festival dell’Olio del Trasimeno, in the splendid setting of the village of Panicale, from 28 to 29 October 2017: a manifestation entirely dedicated to Extravergine Olive Oil of Lake Trasimeno but also to the ancient Umbrian flavors.
Two days to be missed for all good table lovers, for those who prefer the union of taste and tradition but also for curious and passionate people who want to know the fascinating world of oil better.
The visitors who will be kermesse will be immersed in a wine and food tour of excellence to discover the Borgo Taverns, which are exceptionally open for the occasion, where you can taste a careful selection of new oil, high quality niche products, typical local products , bakeries and together drink a good glass of wine from the best Umbrian wineries.
The event will cut the tape on Saturday 28 at 12 noon, and from that moment on it will be possible to attend the tasting route in the taverns and along with the many activities organized until midnight on Sunday 29.
PAN’OLIO, in fact, will not only be an “eating” event, it will also be a moment to discover the splendid village of Panicale, participate in educational workshops for children, conferences, theme exhibitions that will be held on both days but especially to spend two nights at the rhythm of the concerts of live music spread in the corners of the village thanks to the many bands ready to cheer for the evening!
