During the two weekends, as well as in the restaurants of Pietralunga adherents – themed menus, lunches and dinners with truffle and white potato – are also offered tastings in the stands of some guest regions (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo).
With the initiative ‘The dishes in the square’, in turn, every single host region will present a recipe of its territory.

In addition, the inevitable race with truffle dogs at the sports facility organized by the Tartufai Altotevere and Jimmy Truffi Association is back. To enrich the program also the 6 km of Walk to the streets of Francesco (in Pietralunga, in fact, there are two trails: the Franciscan peace path and Francigena Franciscan way).
And again: Auto rally and vintage motorcycle organized by ARCI Pontevalleceppi Circle; “La Tartufissima” racing (7th edition) organized by the Marathon Club Town of Castello and the Pietralunga Runners (competing for 10.5 km and non-competitive km 3, pre-registration can be made online at www.dreamrunners. it closes on Friday, October 13 at 8 pm); Finally, performances with bandwagon and drummers, music, dance and fashion shows.
For children there is an area equipped with games to let you learn about the area, agricultural productions and to get acquainted with the authentic flavors of rurality.
