Zafferiamo was born to enhance the saffron in Città della Pieve where very strong is the culture linked to this spice. The three days will allow you to know and discover all the production aspects and fields of use of saffron, from kitchen to dyeing fabrics, without neglecting curiosity and unpublished. The event will also offer this year the chance to stroll through the saffron cultivars spread across the Pievese countryside, where you can go first to the flower collection, then to flowering and drying.
