It’s dedicated to the great Italian mountaineer Roberto Iannilli, the 9th edition of Views of Summits festival of mountain films and exploration organized by “Stefano Zavka” in collaboration with the CAI section of Terni. In the spaces of the CAOS – Centro Arti Opificio Siri – February 2 to 5, will be many events which will attract all those who love and live the mountain: the screening of films in collaboration with the Trento Film Festival, the exhibition of adventure books and exploration, meetings with famous people of Italian mountaineering.
The opening of this ninth edition was entrusted to the young ternano blind mountain climber Gabriele Scorsolini that will tell the public his incredible experience that brought him one step from the arrival to the Everest Base Camp. Fulcrum of one of the days of the festival, after the recent death, will be the memory of Roberto Iannilli as a man and mountaineer. Guests for this event will be David Scaricabarozzi, Loretta Spaccatrosi and Andrea Bollati. Among those invited the public will have the pleasure of meeting other great names of Italian mountaineering.
The edition Vette in Vista will end as usual, with the screening and the subsequent awarding of the first three winners in the mountains video participants at the 6th edition of the competition dedicated to Valentino Paparelli.
