This is an important wine and food event in the Upper Tiber Valley, in the beautiful village of Citerna. The name of the event comes from Bisaccia, a humble container that since the Middle Ages was used to pick truffles.
In addition to truffles, the market exhibition aims to valorise the real products of the woods and the artisan and artistic activities of the altariberian territories, therefore, will be the best companies and artisans of the Alto Tever and the same tasting products meet this criterion.
