It is an important cultural food and wine festival in the Upper Tiber Valley, in the beautiful village of Citerna.
The name of the event comes from a humble container Bisaccia namely that since the Middle Ages it was used to collect truffles;
on this occasion the Bisaccia is opened to the visitor to enjoy what extraordinary knows how to produce the Upper Tiber Valley, a poor setting for quality products rich, flavors, aromas and colors.
In addition to truffles, the market exhibition aims to highlight the various products of the forest and craft and artistic activities of the Upper Tiber area, so you will find the best companies and craftsmen of Upper Tiber and the same products for tasting meeting this criterion. In fact during the event, the village will be flooded with stands of exhibitors of typical local products such as, of course, mushrooms, truffles, but also Vin Santo, honey, cheeses, wines …
