The Gnocchi Festival of Santa Maria can be considered one of the most important festivals of the district, in addition to good food to enliven the evenings there are events and shows. The dumplings are handmade by Santamariesi women, to please the palate of all participants. The kitchen works 24 hours a 24, organized into working groups that also share the night shifts.
