Among the various events, parades, processions, lights, bursts of firecrackers, fences, there was the Palio, that is a game that participating districts, neighborhoods or individual citizens, and which had as a prize the Palio in fact, that a banner or beautiful drape and good cloth.
The current Crossbow between the towns of Gubbio and Sansepolcro is therefore a continuation of those races that took place in the fifteenth century between civilians crossbow.
